Why are my smart lights or switches not working?
Verify that the switch or lighting controller has power, check the mobile app connection and confirm that the device is still paired with the smart home system. Restart the controller if necessary.
Why are my automation scenes or schedules not working?
Confirm that all devices included in the automation are online. Check the scene settings, schedules, triggers and conditions and verify that the smart home controller has internet and network connectivity.
Why is my smart thermostat offline?
Check power to the thermostat, verify the Wi-Fi connection and confirm that your internet service is working. Restart the thermostat and network equipment if necessary.
Why are my motorized shades or curtains not responding?
Check power to the shade motor or controller, verify the remote or mobile app connection and confirm that the shades are still properly paired and programmed with the control system.
Why does my smart home system keep disconnecting?
