Why are my Lutron lights not responding??
Check power to the dimmer or switch, verify the device is connected to the Lutron system and confirm that the Smart Hub or RadioRA 3 processor is online.
Why is my Lutron app not connecting?
Check the home network and internet connection, verify the Lutron hub or processor is powered and connected to the network, then restart the app and network equipment if necessary.
Why is my Pico wireless control not working?
Check the battery, verify the Pico is assigned to the correct lights or scenes and confirm that it is within the supported wireless range.
Why are my Lutron lights flickering?
Confirm that the LED lamps are compatible with the installed dimmer, check the minimum load and wiring, and verify that the correct dimmer type is being used.
Why is my Sunnata dimmer or keypad not responding?
Review the programmed scene levels, device assignments and schedules. Reprogram the scene if lights, shades or rooms have been changed.
Why is my RadioRA 3 processor offline?
Verify PoE power, Ethernet/network connection and processor status. Check the network switch and confirm that the processor is reachable in Lutron Designer.
Why are my Lutron shades not responding?
Check shade power or battery status, wireless communication, device assignment and scene programming.
Why does one Lutron switch work but another location does not?
Check companion devices, Pico programming or multi-location configuration and verify that the controls are assigned correctly.
Why is my Lutron system slow or intermittent?
Check processor placement, wireless coverage, network connectivity and interference. RadioRA 3 systems may require proper Clear Connect Type A or Type X device placement.
