Why is my Wi-Fi slow?
Check your internet speed, restart the modem and router, test closer to the access point and verify that too many devices are not using the connection at the same time.
Why does my Wi-Fi keep disconnecting?
Restart the router or access point, check signal strength, verify firmware is up to date and look for interference from nearby wireless networks or electronic devices.
Why is the Wi-Fi signal weak in some rooms?
Check access point placement, walls and building materials, and consider adding additional access points or improving coverage in areas with weak signal.
Why can’t a device connect to the network?
Confirm the correct Wi-Fi name and password, restart the device and network equipment, forget and reconnect to the network and verify the device is receiving a valid IP address.
Why is the internet working but some devices are offline?
Check the device connection, Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi settings, verify DHCP and IP settings and restart the affected device and network equipment.
